Hi, I’m Radhika Kashyap, an Interaction Designer at Google  making media consumption a seamless experience for our users. I graduated from ArtCenter College of Design with a distinction in Graphic Design.

 

While teaching dance to hearing-impaired kids when I was younger, I learned the power of communication. Having not known sign language, I had to adapt to teaching them with other visual cues. I learned to observe, collaborate, empathize and think on my feet for new strategies every week to teach them. This iterative process of coming up with strategies based on the user has stuck with me today and remains a core part of my work ethic.
